Redefining Microsoft’s Employee Brand
Overview
This was a hands-on, super collaborative, research-intensive project where we worked closely with the Microsoft team from inception to execution.
As part of deep immersion, I helped conduct global stakeholder interviews, developed rigorous competitive audits, assembled audience and cultural research, and analyzed employee data to identify key insights. Along with the creative director and the senior strategist I developed naming, messaging framework, channel strategy, visual and verbal brand story elements leading up to a global brand campaign aimed at changing behavior.
